Q. Do I have to be 21 to order a Beer Bouquet?
A. Yes, you will have to be 21 years of age or older to send or receive a Beer Bouquet. Proof of age will be required at time of delivery.
Q. Does Beer Bouquet service all 50 states?
A. Unfortunately No, each state has it’s own laws regarding the shipment of alcohol. Please call us at 877-749-BEER to find out if Beer Bouquet can ship to your state.
Q. Is the Beer Bouquet packaging Recyclable?
A. Yes, Beer Bouquet’s state-of-the-art packaging and it’s contents are 100% Recyclable, Reusable, and Consumable.
Q. Can I return a Beer Bouquet?
A. No, there will be no returns or credits allowed. However, we do offer exchanges in the event of receiving a wrong or damaged bucket.

Q. Are Beer Bouquet orders shipped the same day?
A. Yes, orders placed before 3pm (CST) will be shipped the same day unless otherwise directed. During the week of a major holiday we often extend our cutoff time on shipments to 6pm (CST)
Q. Can I order a Beer Bouquet anytime?
A. Yes, you can order online 24 hours 7 days a week. You can also place orders by phone during normal business hours by calling 877-749-BEER.
Q. Can I send a Beer Bouquet to a P.O. Box or Military address?
A. No, Beer Bouquet’s cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box or Military address.
